I moved to Alexandria with my wife Katie and began as Senior Pastor at FCC in October of 2007. My wife and I welcomed our first child, Noah, into our family in 2009 and a second son, Jude, in 2012. I am truly blessed to partner in ministry with this wonderful Christian community. I enjoy following the UNC Tar Heels, all sports, music and most of all, spending time with my family. I hope you’ll join us at FCC for worship or one of other programs.
Elders
Elders provide spiritual leadership in our congregation. They work closely with the pastor to promote the total life and mission of the church, striving to make their own lives an example that will inspire others to grow toward maturity as Christ’s disciples. They also provide leadership in our celebrations of the Lord’s Supper and provide pastoral care to those in our congregation. Current FCC elders are:

Deacons
The Deacons are servant leaders within our congregation, who promote the life of the congregation by responding to its needs with the use of their time and talents. They are called to model what it means to serve one another in the name of Christ. Deacons serve the needs of the congregation by: offering their time and talents to care of the church building and property; helping to plan and implement programs surrounding Christian education, mission and outreach, and community; committing their time to service in the local community; and responding to the needs of the congregation as identified by the Elders and/or Minister(s).
